burner problem.

when i try to run a program called dvd creator by x-oom, it immediately knocks out my drives D & E, I then have to uninstall them and then re- install them, when i try to open the program the screen goes blank for a few seconds, and then it shows the message, the burn engine failed to load, I would be very grateful if anyone out there can help with this problem.

This appears to be a problem with this software. Have you contacted
the manufacturer about it?

Try to use more robust burning software, like Nero or Roxio.
