Bulk email using 3rd party software

I currently use office XP Pro.

I have a commercial software program that is developed using an access database, and I use Outlook as the email client.
When I try and send a mass mail to people on my database I get a pop up box from outlook asking me to comfirm each mail to be sent, since my 3rd party application is trying to access Outlook for that prupose.

Is there a feature in Outlook that I can turn off to allow bulk emailing from a 3rd party software program?
