Building SNMP Trap Sender

Hi,

I need to add SNMP functionality to an existing app. I need to be able to
read specific real-time data from another system using SNMP traps. Anyone
know a good sample or libs that can do this?

I don't know anything about SNMP, but WMI has a SNMP provider you can
download. Not sure if this would help or not:

I've noticed the WMI SNMP, but can't find anything on making a trap sender.
I can read SNMP traps using WMI however. But that's not what I want.
