Hello,

I would like to know how to share "Building Blocks" I have saved into a
Template with my collegues.

I hav read in the help section, that they should be saving the themplate in
the "Application Data" folder??

Thank you in advance for your precious help

It is not straightforward to copy individual Building Blocks around; you
must work with the Templates. Firstly this means that your BBs must be in a
Template of their own. There are then, essentially, two ways to proceed:
have a shared BB folder so that everyone reads the same templates, or give
everyone a copy of the template(s) containing the Building Blocks.

Reading between the lines a little, it seems you may have a separate
template and just want to know exactly where people should save a copy of
it. If not please come back; if so, the location is:

On Vista: C:\Users\(userid)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Document
Building Blocks

On XP: C:\Documents and Settings\(userid)\Application
Data\Microsoft\Document Building Blocks

Note that the AppData (or Application Data) folder is a hidden folder so you
will need to have hidden folders set to show in Windows Explorer to see it
and its contents.
