What's the difference between 'Building' a project/solution and 'ReBuilding'
a project/solution?

Build selectively builds only those parts of your project/solution that have
changed since the last build. Rebuild (re)builds everything. Your choice
makes little difference in a small demo project, but in a large solution
with several large projects, rebuild can be a time waster.
