my antivirus found bugbear in fqhyyp.dll and i can't
quarantine it. my only choice is to delete. its in
windows/system32 folder, scared to delete. it wants me to
delete and replace. don't know how to go about that. can
i just get a copy of that file from MS and copy into that
directory from DOS? Where can i get a copy of that file?

Just because it is in System32 folder, it does not mean it's a Windows system file. You don't require this file. Go ahead and delete it.
