Bug in Outlook - Messages sent from the Draft folder do not use t.

When you have a message in the Draft folder and send it the default e-mail
account is not used. Also if you click on it the account it will be noted as
the sending acount in a message under the words "This message has not been
sent" but it still is not used. The only go-around is to copy the body of the
draft message to a new e-mail.
 
You haven't provided enough information for anyone to troubleshoot this. At
a minimum, your Outlook version and mail account settings would be relevant.
