Bug in notification window:

Hello,
Every time the notification window rises (the one that
goes from the bottom of the screen), it simply slides
over to the top of the screen and disappears (without
closing it's process!)
This bug apparently only happens when the taskbar isn't
on the bottom of the window (I put it to on left-side of
my 1st monitor).
When I move the taskbar to the bottom of my monitor, the
notification window appears and waits near the taskbar...
Microsoft, please handle it :-)

Known issue, there is no alternative solution to this problem at this time.
The XP PowerToy Alt-Tab-Switch utility does not work. Lets hope for a fix by
beta 2.
