Bug in Excel 2007

Try to insert a number 2100000037200351 into any cel. The number is
converted to 2100000037200350.
Others numbers too. Ex: 2100000037200395 is converted to
2100000037200390.

Not a bug.

Excel limits precision to 15 digits. Everything after the 15th digit is
converted to a 0.

You have to enter numbers that long as TEXT. Either pre-format the cell as
TEXT or precede the entry with an apostrophe: '2100000037200351. You will
not be able to do math operations on these.
