BUG: IE 7 page scroll continually... text gets larger on its own

Yikes,
Web pages scroll by themselves, no stopping point unless you click in the
page, then it reverse. The only way to stop it is click in the right scroll
bar.

A real duzzy; the Web text gets larger and larger as time passes... the
VIEW/TEXT selection remains the same from originally set...

Help me... hopefully someone out there has experienced this too?
