Ozhog:
Is there a file listed there called "system volume information"? If so,
that is the problem I had.
What happened to me was that, even though the files show a crooked arrow,
denoting that they are shortcuts, when you delete them the entire file goes
away. To test this, copy one of the files shown in the balloon to a floppy,
so you don't lose it, the delete the "shortcut" in the Roxio balloon. If
the file actually disappears, then you have the same problem I had.
You can't, of course, delete the SysVol as it is a system file that is in
use.
Like I said, Microsoft spent a week with me sending e-mail back and forth
before finally guessing that it was a Roxio problem. Roxio tech support was
not helpful at all. That is when I dumped their product.
