BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL mtlstrm.sys HELP!

I installed creative labs external voice modem USB and
now when i recieve a phone call my system hangs. I have
the latest updates from creative and XP is up to date.
Please Help.
 
I would remove the software you added and see if the issue goes away. If it
does, then contact Creative with the memory.dmp and see what they have as a
fix.
