BSOD and Minidump and MinLogon Problem

I tried to use third part USB driver (jungo.com) and find out that this
driver generates BSOD.
The support team requested me to send them a minidump. I put all the changes
from
HKEY_LOAKAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl
and included component SaveDump. But minidump doesn't created.

What can I do?

No, I have RAMEWF installed by doesn't enable it through registry.
