Browsing IE favorites from Outlook

I am in terested in somehow browsing IE favorites from within Outlook. The web toolbar does not allow me to add such a button ( or atleast I don't know how to ). I did go through the posts about this topic & learned that I could add it to the Menu bar, but how do I do that??
 
View-> Toolbars-> Customize-> tab Commands
On the Categories side select Menu Bar. Drag & drop Favorites from the
Commands list to the Menu Bar of Outlook
