Am trying to downlod SchockWave Player & it keeps telling me I have browsers open. There's nothing to close on my screen. Where & what are these browsers?

Internet Explorer is a browser. Some folks have had trouble with the web
install for this player. May want to download and save the setup file to
the hard drive. Close your other programs and then run the downloaded setup
file.
