I have a confirmation link from microsoft.com. It says copy, open a browser
and paste it in. What is a browser and where do I find it.

A browser is any software that is able to display web pages such as Internet
Explorer. Internet Explorer can sometimes be found on your desktop. If it not
there you should be able to find it on the start menu. In your case your need
to open Internet Explorer and paste the link into the address bar at the top
of Internet Explorer.

You're joking, right?
Having fun with us?

Have you ever surfed the internet? If so, you did so with your browser.

Internet Explorer is a browser that comes installed with Windows.

It is Internet Explorer. You can find it by clicking on the Start
button located on the lower-left corner of your screen. The Internet
Explorer icon looks like a blue lower-case "e" with a thin slanted
ring around it. When you launch it, paste your url into the white
"address" box. Microsoft will tell you there is no better browser
than IE to surf the Internet.
