Hi,

I was always able to open new windows in IE. Now I can't do this anymore.

Where is the setting for this?

Win XP Pro - All Updates.

Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Uncheck: Reuse windows for launching shortcuts |
Click Apply | Click OK
