Hi,I use XPsp2 and am having problems accessing many sites.Yesterday I used
CCcleaner to get rid of a virus and it worked but now I can't acces many
sites and get this message"i the page cannot be displayed".I checked my Lan
settings and followed all the instuctions and everything seems to be in
order .I even disabled my firewall and pop-up blockers as well but to no
avail.I even get this problem using the help option for online
assistance.Hope someone can help.Thanks,

CrapCleaner is NOT an anti-virus program.(as evident with the incomplete
and/or sloppy removal).
Give these a try
line 68 right hand side
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
or
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Then go here and scan your system.
A link for free online virus and trojan scanners.

Try this

From Start | Run | type in
cmd
click ok.

In the window type in
netsh winsock reset catalog
hit enter

Then reboot.

If that doesn't help, run from the cmd prompt

ipconfig /flushdns
