browser settings

does anyone know how i lower the settings on my browser so that i can view secure websites? i didnt change any settings but all of a sudden i havnt been able to access msn secure pages such as hotmail or log on to messenger. any help....??
 
Right click on IE icon and click properties Then have a look at security and
privacy tabs. you will then be able to customise it to your settings of your
choice
