Browser Problems

I'm having problems with my browser. Every time I open
it, I can't close it. It locks up. Any thoughts about
reinstalling or modifying so it works properly?
 
I am having the same problem. If you hear anything I would appreciate if would email the solution to me

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
