Browser problems

Need help in getting rid of "shop nav" have tried everything deleted from registry, uninstalled, used fixes posted on the web, but it still takes over when I try and seach the internet. I am also redirected to shop nav when going to some websites I was able to access in the past. Can anyone help me? Thanks

It is conceivable that software has been installed on your PC without your
knowledge. If possible, install and run one or both of these utilities,
which will detect that software, and give you the option to vanquish it...

Thanks for the info dev, but niether one of these programs detected the "shop nav" software on my computer. It still continues to run on most internet searches I try. I'm really stumped as to where this file is at on my computer. Any other suggestions? Thanks again for trying to help.
