Browser hijacker CoolWebSearch.iefeatsl

I have the browser hijacker CoolWebSearch on my system and can't remove. Have tried using Kephyr tools but removes only temporarily
 
Download and install the "Ad-Aware" program. Make sure you check for updates
from within the system before scanning your system. It will find the source
of the prob and give the option of deleting. Run this program 2 or 3 times a
week and it will help eliminate pain in the arce probs like these.

I downloaded CWShredder it said it removed it (I watched it go through its
process) and it still is there! I've used AdAware, Spybot, SpywareBlaster
and none of them are able to remove it! SpywareBlaster detects it but I can't
get rid of it no matter what I do! Is there anything I can do?

When I try to use IE or even MSN Explorer it just redirects me to
CoolWebSearch now I can't even get to a website! I don't know what to do!!!
Can someone help me? CWShredder didn't remove it! Its worse than ever!

Try this program:

It will generate a log that you can copy & paste here. Let us take a
look at what's on your machine and we can direct you to which items
are the culprit.

CoolWebSearch is a very invasive parasite and it is constantly evolving to
deter removal by anti-spyware programs.

Your best strategy would be to get some one-on-one help from one of the many
spyware forums that are available. Go to the following website:

problem
for expert advice and guidance on how to clean your system.
