Browser gets redirected automatically

My IE browser seems to have been hijacked.

Whenver i start my IE it is redirected to
http://www.ssearch.biz/?wmid=1010

I have changed my main/home page when IE starts
to "about:blank" but still it wont work.

I have checked in registry also but could not find
anything.

Please help.
