W wojo Mar 21, 2004 #3 Why would you need the browse button? If your browsing to a certain directory as opposed to trying to find a file on your HDD then you already know where the file is so the browse button would be unnecessary.

Previous versions of Windows had a browse button in the search tool. In XP, "Browse" is a line item at the bottom of the "Look in:" list.
