Broken HTML icons

In the process of removing Word 2002 and reinstalling Word 2000 on Windows
XP Home SP1, I lost the IE icon associated with htm and html files. No
amount of fiddling with the Folder Options seems to be able to bring them
back. Is there a fix?

P.S. Repairing Icons in TweakUI also did not work...
