If I have a number of customers to whom I need to regularly send a message
(same contents for all customers), but I do not want addresses of other
customers to appear on a message received by a particular customer, how do I
automate this in Outlook?

You could make a group of customers, then use that to select for the
BCC field.

Thanks.
In this case every addressee will get the message in the blind copy, will it
not?
Which will reveal that he/she is just one of may broadcast targets which
most probably be trated as spam and deleted before reading, whereas I wanted
to create the impression that he/she was sent an individual message.
Is this possible?

Yes they would that. and you cannot use the group in th To field
because Outlook expnads the group so that you see the names.

I honestly do not know or think Outlook can do it. Look at
Postcast.com, they have something you can use, though it will cost,
but the key here is 'customer' so you can write it off as an expense.

Thanks.
