IT HAS TAKEN ME MORE THAN 2 HOURS TO BE ABLE TO FIND
WHERE TO SEND YOU A "SIMPLE" E-MAIL.- YOUR PAGES ARE
EXTREMELY SOFISTICATED FOR ME. I AM A 53 YEARS
OLD "WRITER" AND NO EXPERT ON COMPUTERS.

ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS, HOW TO INSERT MY DISK
OF "BRITANNICA 2003" WHICH WAS PART OF THE SOFTWARE I
ADQUIRED WHEN I PURCHASE MY "DELL COMPUTER IN JULY 31,
2003..- I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO MAKE THE DISK "RUN",
AND NOTHING WORKS.-

I HAVE WINDOWS XP., AOL 9.0 AND ALL THE NESCESSARY
SOFWARE IN MY COMPUTER TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS "LITTLE
DISK", BUT I AM UNABLE TO MAKE IT START.

I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED BRITANNICA, AND "DELL", AND THEY
ALL GIVE ME A DIFERENTE VERSION.- BUT NOTHING WORKS.

CAN YOU HELP ME ???

Please lose the caps - it's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts extremely hard to read.

It took you over two hours to find this group?! Most folk do it in under 30
min...oh, you use AOHELL...I rest my case...

So, you want to know how to insert the disc? Well, you take it out of its
case, then you push the little button on the front of the CD drive and you
put the disc in the drive and push the little button again. See, wasn't
difficult was it?

But, as this isn't a MS problem, or even an MS product, you will find no
assistance here - MS do not, will not and cannot provide support for
third-party applications. Please persist with Dell.

Oh, and one more thing, we don't do email - you want replies you come back
here and get them.
