Bring dcomcnfg property window back

Hi all,

From Start => Run... => dcomcnfg, normally it will bring a property window,
Distributed COM Configuration.

But on my laptop, the same operation pompts out Component Services window, I
need that property window to do configuration, how should I do?

To start DCOMCNFG.EXE on Windows XP or Windows 2003:
Click Start.
Click Run.
Type dcomcnfg in the open input field.
Click OK. The Component Services Window opens.
Expand Component services.
Expand Computers.
Expand My Computer.
Click the DCOM Config node.
