When I turn my computer on, a message comes up saying it can not find
c:system32/bridge.dll, and most of my icons have changed to the default white
window with blue bar on top icon, not letting me change them. Also a few
programs have been affected.
Can anyone tell me how i can fix this?
Thanks.

This is a part of spyware program. Go to www.lavasoftusa.com, download
Ad-aware SE (it's free), and remember to do the 'check for updates' before
you run a full scan.

I have a spyware/adware removal program called XoftSpy, and have already run
it removing all it said to, however the problem has not stopped.

I cleared the list of the shortcuts to the programs i use most often in the
main start menu, and all my icons have returned for some reason.
So seems it is all working fine now, thank you for your help :)
