Bottom Borders in Preview Pane

I am relatively new to MS FrontPage. I have added bottom shared borders that are visable in the Normal Pane. However, when I click on the Preview Pane, the bottom shared border is no longer visable. It seems as though the Preview Pane "cuts off" the bottom portion of the web page where I would expect to see the bottom shared border. I don't have a problem viewing the top and left shared borders in the Preview Pane. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong? Is there a parameter that needs to changed?? Any help would be appreciated.

If you can view the bottom shared border by using the
scroll bar in Preview mode, that's normal.

Because there's no way of knowing how large the Web
visitor's window might be, you just have to accept that
some visitors will need to scroll the page up or down, or
right or left, to see all of it.
