Bottom Border at Page Break Won't Print

I have had this problem many times before but have never figured out how to
fix it. When I have a spreadsheet that prints across multiple pages the
border (not gridline) won't print on the very last row before the page break.

What am I doing wrong?
 
If the border was defined by adding a top border to the row below, the row
above may not consider the border part of its own formatting.

Hi,

I can't duplicate this problem in 2003 or 2007. Most likely it is a printer
driver issue. However, if you put the borders on the cell above the page
break (on blank cell before the page break) do those display?
 
Maybe the bottom border is really the top border of the next row?

Thanks. In a round about way that helped me solve my problem. When I
checked the borders of the last cells on the page the bottom border was there
and when I checked the borders on the first row of the second page the border
was there. I still couldn't get the stupid border to print. However, when I
tried selecting the last and first row together, the "middle??" border was
missing, I don't know why but I added it and then when I printed the
worksheet everything was fine.
