out of work yesterday, get computer back today, his login
info is on my computer, i check history in IE and about
30 hotmail emails had been opened. i was able to view
which ones, and it was clearly my boss. He admits
logging into my computer for 1 hour, but denies seeing
any emails. How can i show that he was logged in during
the time the emails were viewed?

You can't and if you are using a company-owned computer,
the company has every right to logon to your computer. If you
had a strong email password, and don't use the save password
feature, you would not have this concern.

You can't. Remember it's not your computer it is his, or at least the
companys and as such they can do what they want.

Greetings --

Doesn't matter, really. If the PC belongs to your employer, he
has every right to use it in any way he wishes. If he did somehow
access your Hotmail account, that means that probably half of the
people on the Internet can also get at it. Have you no password on
it?
