That environment has UML to create class diagrams.
Is there any way to use it in VS.NET?

XDE is the addon for VS to do UML to Code and Code to UML.
But why would you use Visual Studio if you have CSahrpBuilder.
I know I wouldnt.

How can I get that XDE? Is it Rose from IBM?

I am just entering .NET World.
Do you think that C# Builder is better environment to develop c# apps.?

It is the man that chooses the tool, I am old school Hard Core Borland
believer.
If you ever worked with Delphi you know that nothing else compares to it.
The question is whether are you developing for yourself, or others? if
yourself you can choose
else join the VS camp as all the jobs I have seen ask for VS.

There is no better tool, just what you want. Play with Builder and VS, at
the end of the
day if you really want to be a kick arse .net dude, use the compilers
without any ide.
IDE is not important, it is meant to make your life easier. More important
than IDE would
be to read everything you get your hands on having something to do with
..Net.

Also as much as I don't like VB, learn VB.Net, there are plenty of work out
there for it.

Thanks !!!!
