I cannot get my bottom border to print, no matter how i change my page set up. can anyone help me please

What's the bottom margin limit on your printer? I had an OfficeJet, and it cut off all text below the .5 bottom margin although I had set my bottom margin at .25. Could this be the problem?
 
Joanne, is your bottom border outside the printable area
of the page? Can you see the border on Print preview?
Perhaps the bottommargin places the border just outside
the spot on your page where your printer stops printing.
