Border printing problem.

Whenever I try to print a border that is close to the edge around the entire
page it will not print the border on the bottom of the page. Why? I have
moved the bottom margin down, however, I still cannot move the border out to
the bottom edge of the page and have it print. Can anyone explain what what
I am donig wrong? Thanks.
 
How did you insert the border?

If you created a page border using the Format->BordersAndShading
menu, then click on Options in that menu and either increase the
"from edge" measurement or decrease the "from text" measurement
until the border prints.

If you inserted a clipart border, then click on the clipart
border and resize it.
