Bootvis start GUI problem

My OS is Windows XP Pro with SP1
Microsoft don't get download Bootvis any more, and i download it from "alternative" server
When i try run it then recieve error mesage: "The procedure entry point WmiOpenTraceWithCursor could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll". What is it? May be downloaded version Bootvis is bad?
