Bootvis.exe download location?

Can someone point me to a location where I can download bootvis.exe? When I
do a web search for such locations, all I seem to find are pages that point
to a microsoft page that says it no longer offers bootvis.exe downloads. I
can't seem to find a location where I can actually download a copy.

Site will NOT allow download. I keep getting "this site
can not be found = try again later" no matter when I go
there and how long I keep trying.
 
Bootvis is no longer available to general users because it was being misused
and misinterpreted. Bootvis was intended for OEMs and developers.

Why does he want it for. He can email MS for it if it's useful to him.
