help when i boot up my pc i get this error message
invalid backweb
version id "7.2.0.137-883648056"
any ideas please

It would seem that your pc has the Backweb software add-on (which is sometimes added by /some/ pc makers , as well as being added for some specific pieces of hardware).

Is your pc from a specific manufacturer? what kind (make) of video card does it have?

But I suppose, more important: Have you made recent changes to Windows settings or the startup programs, changes of any kind? that may coincide with the beginning of "this" problem.
 
I got the backweb software added when I installed a new Logitech Optical
Mouse. It adds and entry in the registry under the Run key and/or Startup
folder.
 
The Backweb software is not needed for the Logitech MOuse to work. Only for
updates which periodically you can check for manually.

You can remove the entry from the Run key in the Registry (Export first).
