bootingup and error message appears

when i boot up the computer- the following error message appears.

smart bridge alerts. motivesb. exe

entry point get processing file name W could not be located in dynamic
library PSAPI.DLL

when i boot up the computer- the following error message appears.

entry point get processing file name W could not be located in dynamic
library PSAPI.DLL

This error message may be due to a program or programs (currently identified
"culprits" include
Motive SmartBridge,
Hal Screen Reader,
BT Broadband Help (BT Yahoo Help),
and My Dolphin Screen Reader / Magnifier ) that ship with an older version
of PSAPI.DLL
Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located
in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

To work around this error:

Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge (\Program
Files\Verizon...\Smart...)
Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL (Do not rename
the PSAPI.DLL file in your C:\Windows\System32
directory.)
Reboot the system
The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory
and function normally.
