Windows XP Booting up in safe mode

HP Brio running Microsoft ME keeps booting up in safe mode and I cant find the option to stop it. F2 and entered set up but no option in here to allow me to boot in normal.

Can anyone help??
 
it's obviously booting to s/mode for a reason, try tapping F8 and select normal mode.
 
I have a friend who has ME and their computer wont stop booting in safe mode. Even if they hit F8 and selected to go into Normal boot, it still boots in safe mode. What the hell is wrong, and what should they do?

I have exactly the same problem; Did you figure out a solution, or did you have to rebuild the computer?
