I found CMD.exe and bootvrfy.exe but not bootcfg!

Just bring up the command prompt window and
enter: bootcfg [Enter]

Oh , criminy - Start/Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt,
then type: bootcfg /? [Enter]
and learn how to operate bootcfg.
