Bootable XP x64 Problem

I have downloaded the new x64 version of windows and put it onto a cd and
when i reeboot it doesn't load the CD, i have checked my BIOS set up and it
says the CD is to boot up before the Hard drive, has anyone get any idea how
to make the setup.exe load without having it to re-boot? or any other help?
