This might not belong in this section but it is the best I could find

Ok, I have two hard drives using SATA connections the primary drive has XP
Pro SP2 the other has 2 partitions, the first is a Fat that can boot MS-Dos
6.22. What I want is if possible is move the Dos to a thumb drive (the bios
on my computer claims it can boot from a USB device). The install floppys
don't seem to let me install Dos directly to the thumb drive.

If that's not possible I'd settle for adjusting the boot.ini file so I have
the option of booting from the partion on the second drive with the dos.
(insted of having to change the way the hard drives are connected to my
mother board as I currently am)

If you really want to boot of the usb drive, you can use hp's usb format
utility to make your usb drive bootable.
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp27001-27500/SP27213.exe (drivekey 1)

I have been unable to get get drivekey 2 to work (maybe detects hp hardware?)
