stable then windows and I have one app. that I need to run on windows that I
can't get for linux when I need to run windows just plug the usb drive in and
boot. Is it possible to set up windows to boot from a usb drive ? thanks

Windows XP cannot be installed on an external drive,
only an internal drive. External drives are designed for
file storage and backups only.
