Boot up progess indicator

I am looking for a (freeware) program that will show the progress of the boot
up activity in real time. A bar graph display showing percentage complete
and a display of the item’s name currently being loaded would be nice.
Perhaps a pop up indicating that the boot up is complete could appear when
the PC is ready for user application use.
 
The reason I decided to write that, was mainly because "PSRumbagh"
