Boot Up problem

I recently replaced my mainboard to a MSI KM2M Combo-L and initially had
problems when booting up in that it powered up but nothing happened, not
even getting to BIOS set up. I since got it working but after leaving the PC
off for a week I am experiencing the same problem.

Could it be the CPU? I am using an AMD Athlon 1.0Gb.

Nick,
Two things leap to mind:
The on board jumper has to set to 100mHz not 133 mHz
The clear clear the BIOS jumper is in the wrong position.
