It doesn't matter if it is a T22 or a T21. See the first link that Lem
gave you. The bottom line is if you don't have the requisite passwords,
you're going to need to contact Lenovo with proof of purchase because
the laptop will need to be serviced by them.

be relevant for the T21 also.
