boot sector virus

how do i rid of boot sector virus with a recently reformatted hard drive.
something that will fit in a floppy. please direct me to a site where i can
download a fix. thanks!

f-prot won't run in dos since i don't have an OS installed. reformatted....

i think you may be confused... nothing will run if you don't have an
OS... the computer won't boot...

what you need is a dos boot disk to go with your f-prot for dos
recovery disk set...

but it did not get rid of the virus.

Why do you think there is a boot virus at all? If you ran IVINIT, and it found
no boot virus, then there is none.
