This is not a Windows question but mybe someone can give me an answer.
I have just purchased a dual core system with a genuine intel M/B.
How do you get rid of the crappy Intel boot screen.
I tried to contact Intel Australia but got no reply

It may be possible to turn it off in the BIOS, as it was here. As the PC
starts up, look at the first screen. It should indicate what key must be
pressed to enter SETUP - often the DEL key.

Press that key. Carefully search through the menus for a toggle that turns
off the Intel screen. If none is found, EXIT WITHOUT CHANGES. If you do
make a change, EXIT SAVING CHANGES.
