right before i go any further im sorry if this is wrong
place to put this if so please point me in the right
direction

when i boot up my computer normally it will generally
rebot its self

i have run virus scans - adware scans - and spywear scans
on my computer to no avail

i have gone through the process so i get the blue screen
when it does it and it says that its a problem with the
drivers on the computer and that windows was shut down so
that there was no damage caused to the system

these problems do not occur when i boot the system in
safe mode.

does any one know how i can get into the system and
disale some of the drivers starting on boot up?

any form of help welcome

thanx a lot

Hi, Nomis.

This is the right place, but we need more information.

The BSOD usually has a lot of codes that are meaningless to most people.
But those codes would not be there unless they were meaningful to someone.
So, post the exact message - verbatim - with all the codes. No need to
quote the boilerplate ("If this is the first time you've seen this
message..." for example); we've seen all that. But lines like the Stop code
and hexadecimal addresses.

Driver errors can be very frustrating. Many of the BSODs don't identify
WHICH driver is causing the problem. Sometimes we have to combine trial and
error with the process of elimination to even know where the problem is.
One approach, of course, is to be sure you have the best drivers for ALL
your hardware, especially any that you've installed recently. Another is to
remove one piece of hardware at a time until the errors stop happening, but
if they happen only intermittently, it's hard to know when you've really
isolated the troublesome one.

Some reboots are caused by hardware problems (loose cables, bad memory,
etc.), rather than by software drivers for the hardware, but those usually
do not produce BSODs; the computer just reboots or hangs.

Give us as much detail as you can from the BSOD and tell us a few things
about your computer (make and model of the computer and peripherals).

right here it is

i have not deleated any of the info that was givern to me
because i dont want to be deleating the wrong thing

here it is:

A PROBLEM HAS BEEN DETECTED AND WINDOWS HAS BEEN SHUT
DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error
screen restart your computer. If this screen appears
again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is
properly installed.
If this is a new installation ask your hardware or soft
ware manufacturer for any windows update you might need.

If problems continue disable or remove any newly
installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory
options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use
safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your
computer, press f8 to select advanced startuo options and
then select safe mode.

Contact your system administrator or technical support
group for futher assistance

That does not really provide any usable information other than you have
a hardware conflict (which is probably the drivers). When do you get
this error? Have you recently installed new hardware or software? Have
you tried going into Safe Mode and removing things you don't need?

i get this error when i start the computer and i log on
its when the last item satrts to load up

when i first got the problem i used system restore to
take the computer back the earliest pouint i had but to
no avail

i have booteed in sfae mode and there is no problems
however

i do not know how to get to the drivers to 'remove things
i dont need' or stiop them from loading

hope this helps any more info needed just ask for it

Try booting in safe mode, then in hardware delete/uninstall graphics
adapter. Re boot, at the found new hardware wizard, cancel, continue boot.
Then go to graphics manu.web site NOT winupdate and download drivers for yr
vid.card, and install
Or second thought, roll back the graphics driver - this assumes grahics to
be the problem
